Adding content to your weblog

I know that often it is easy to forget to add content to your Realtor Weblog. The best way to remember to add content is to set a time and day and just put that time aside to add content. Let’s go through this process together and see if this will help you.

Every day you likely carry around a daytimer or notebook and write down notes and probably your schedule. Let’s say that every Wednesday morning and Saturday morning you plan to add a post to your weblog. This is Wednesday morning:

To start your session posting to the weblog open up your daytimer and look at the beginning of the week, from Monday morning to this morning and all of the things that happened as part of your real estate business. See what was busywork, what was customer facing time and what was time that your researched information for clients. Also it may be a good time to look at what websites that you sent to this week or what sites you had forgotten to go to this week so far that you find good.

Now that you have a good overview, think about what your clients would like to know? Is there a glut of two bedroom condos on the market? Is there a really great site for city stats that you just heard about? Where you spinning your wheels with investors that just can’t find properties? Is it a strong buyers market and your buyers are slow in committing and therefore losing the houses they are interested in?

Any of these are great subjects for your weblog article. Do not think that you have to write a lot for it to be a weblog article as this is your info to people and it is not a newspaper, you don’t have to cover everything in the marketplace.

If you are still stumped go over to ezinearticles or goarticles and see if you can find inspiration there. I am sure that if you follow this strategy you will have not problem getting content onto the internet and will never have to spend more than a half an hour putting together the content for a days post.
