although there are a lot of tips that I could give for getting more subscribers to your Realtor newsletter, I have come across a great article that covers a lot of the basics at Blog Business World.
A newsletter is as we all know a great way to keep people informed about what you do as a Realtor, what the market conditions are in your area or even the country, what is happening with respect to interest rates and even promotion of your business partners such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors and others. All of the things that you right are self promotion for you especially when your competition is not doing a regular newsletter.
If you do not have a newsletter now than you should really consider it as the lost business alone that you will be able to keep is worth the one hour or so a month or every two weeks that it takes to craft it.
