Bus benches as a Realtor marketing tool

I was in LA last week and got a chance to see how Realtors are doing business from a difference. So many bus benches are Realtor ads that the saturation must only be good for the sellers of the bus benches.

If you need to use generic advertising like bus benches or billboards the only real way to do it is to own the market. Find out what the cost would be to get at least 15% of all of the presence in your market so that people recognise you instead of anyone else. Owning a market is not 100% saturation but instead the leader among the mass so if there are 40 Realtors competing but your name is recognized even a little more then every one of the others than you are going to be successful in that medium.
