Quite often a home seller or home buyer will be a bit confused because there is so much to look for and find. What if you had all of these little bits of info on your site so that if you are one of the clicks that the online buyer makes then they will find more than just a sales pitch. A common mortgage page for a Realtor will have interest rates and maybe a link to a mortgage broker.
What I am getting at here is that if you have useful checklists on your site then there seems to be less moving parts to confuse the home seller or home buyer and we all know that a confused mind does not make a decision
