In my previous post I offered a free e-book that I hope you have seen and gotten a chance to use. On one of the Real Estate message boards I got in some trouble form one of the members as he discovered that I had affiliate links in the file. An affiliate link is essentially a method of receiving a referral fee when someone purchases a product so I thought it would be important to let you know a little bit more about how affiliates work once and for all, never to be mentioned again.
When I put a link out there for a product, quite often I will have a referral relationship with that product and what will happen is that if you follow the link you will get the same great price for the product but I will get a small reward from the seller of the product for introducing that product to the buyer. The referral fee may be as little as a dollar or as high as $20 but you can be assured the money is not coming out of your product but instead is just a marketing cost to the seller of the product.

Without getting into specifics I can say that the Google Adwords guide that I have recommended is considered by almost all Internet Marketers as the bible for Google Adwords advertising.
I am a pretty cheap guy and I can tell you that I moved from a $5 per month web hoster to $10 per month with 1 and 1 because they are the largest host, are reliable and have the most features, you will probably find in looking around that for a business web host you are looking at significantly more so I believe I offer great value in recommending 1 and 1.
The third company that I am recommending is AWeber for setting up autoresponders, Autoresponders are a serious business and for most Realtors a $20 per month account with AWeber will guarantee most of their emails will get past spam filters the increased efficiency compared to sending out emails yourself to a large group of people is worth it. They are very cost effective and allow you to get the job of sending out a newsletter or mini course quickly and easily
