		<description>Excellent information.   I would like to add that it would be best if the realtor and "buyer" took separate cars.   If, however, that is not possible, always drive, you have more control that way and if the worse was to happen you could crash the car, gently of course.    

Also, if a well dressed male pulled up after the open house concluded, have a plan as to how you would handle it.
It would problably be best to set it up for another time or if there were no valuables present in the home, open the door and let him go in alone while you stand outside the door.   An apppoointment at the office could be set up if further contact was required.

I'd also like to recommend the use of a pepper spray pen, it looks like a pen and could be at the ready and no one would know but you.  There is also a stun gun that looks like a cell phone, which also would be inconspicious.   A kubbotan without expertise in its use could be a problem.

Try to be two steps ahead of any predator by having a plan for almost any situation you could be involved in.   In this way you have the element of surprise on your side.

Be safe, not sorry and always be prepared.</description>
