I was just poking around on the realtor.com site and ran across this Free Online Training: Introduction to Your REALTOR.com Marketing System

Here is the description of the course:

This class is recommended for new or existing members who have a desire to learn about all of the available listing enhancement tools and personal promotion features the Control Panel has to offer.
