Make sure as you look at competitor sites and others that you think about the following:
When someone is moving they tend to be moving to a new area to them, how about adding a page for each neighborhood that you are going to be serving including phone numbers and info for things like schools, rec centers, pools, shopping, area info such as tax base information like average income and political things such as mayor, council, school board members.

This info is great for new potential buyers as well as in optimizing your site to rank better in the search engine rankings
